$35-$42 hr. depending on experience

Red Seal Drainage & Plumbing Inc. of Vancouver, BC is seeking an experienced full-time Plumber for general service plumbing and drainage for residential and commercial systems to join our team.

Can you competently troubleshoot system issues and problems? Can clients depend on you to clearly discuss the needed repairs and solutions? If you are looking to advance your career as a Plumber with a growing company, keep reading!

This full-time position earns a competitive $35-$42/hr depending on experience and performance. ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Must have experience in service plumbing and be comfortable with the following drainage & plumbing areas:

Camera inspections & auguring
Hot water tank repair and installation (gas & electric)
Diagnosing leaks and clogs
Plugged toilets, sinks, bathtubs/showers
Fixture installations and repairs (faucets, sinks, toilets)
Drain tile cleaning
Sewer/water mains

QUALIFICATIONS

Red Seal Plumbing ticket preferred
Class “B” Gas Ticket preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in the plumbing service industry
Knowledge of current Plumbing & Drainage codes
Valid BC Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and complete jobs efficiently and on time
Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills
Must demonstrate great workmanship and take direction well

Full time, Permanent
$90,000-110,000/year depending on experience

Red Seal Plumbing of Vancouver, BC is seeking an experienced full-time Plumbing Service Manager to join our team. This full-time position earns a competitive $90-110,000 depending on experience.

DESCRIPTION

Overseeing our technicians in their daily duties such as drain cleaning, pump installations, fixture installations, hot water tanks/on-demand tanks, sewer-lines, drain tiles, camera inspections, re-piping, etc.
Knowledge of plumbing code and ability to effectively problem solve plumbing and drainage issues as they arise.
Technical background, such as working with pipes over 1” in diameter.
Working with the CSR to provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
Doing site visits and providing online estimates.
Building customer base and getting new contracts.
Managing Technicians and overseeing their estimates and invoices, etc.
